This Virtual Journal was conceived through a series of discussions on HIF-NET@WHO mailing list.

'HIF-net at WHO': working together to improve access to reliable information for healthcare workers and health professionals in developing and transitional countries.To join the list, send an email to health@inasp.info with name, organization, country, and brief description of professional interests.

 

The Journal gives emphasis to literature of primary importance to Developing countries.
The Journal also plans to publish articles of importance to an International audience especially from Developing countries. Please address all articles to Dr.Vinod Scaria
